A very extensive amount of information you can find on George Hart's Encyclopedia of Polyhedra. Otherwise there is a good page with links to polyhedral web sites at U. Mikloweit's website, which is really worth seeing as well b.t.w. Another page I like is this list of noble polyhedra and there is much more to find there. And I have had some contact with Jim McNeill, who's website is here. It has a lot of special interactive polyhedra. Recommended!
